Christmas for all season

Like it was just a couple of days ago when I got my last Christmas present from my ninong - a tamiya car. Yeah, it was very famous back when I was a fifth grader, and now, ten days to be exact before another festive celebration of Christmas by the pinoys. But what exactly is the sense of having this kind of occasion?

Christmas might be the much anticipated occasion every year (except for the hopeless romantic people who content themselves to be a member of SMP - Samahan ng malalamig ang Pasko), and we have a plethora of reasons why such - Christmas Bonuses for the professionals, Christmas Party and Vacation for the students, Gifts for inaanaks, SB planner for SB pips, Christmas SALE, beautiful spectacles of lights around each establishment, and most of all, our family abroad will have a chance to be with us, even just for a short time.

But on a deeper note, are we actually getting the point of Christmas? Most of the people forgive their enemies because its Christmas, or might just holding their temper until it's over. "Pasalamat ka pasko ngayun", a phrase oftentimes say by muggles, then after few days, a pandemonium ensues. Tee Hee

To some extent, it's good to hear that people give pardon for any offensive actions/words that others did/told them but the thought of only forgiving them in that day is so wrong, once you forgive, you forget everything that burnt your ass, you trash every piece of its bad memory and all of its sort, and that's I think what Christmas is all about. FORGIVING.

We must forgive people everyday.

Believe it or not, I don't celebrate Christmas on the 25th of December because for me, everyday is Christmas, Christmas is Jesus, everyday is Jesus. He is the Christmas for all season.
